Week 4 – Entrepreneurship week

WEEK 4 (July 28 – August 1)

Weekly Theme: Entrepreneurship and the Creator’s Mindset
Goal: To develop critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and initiative in children
Format: Workshops, real-life experiences, mini-group work, presentations in front of “investors”

Day 1 – Crazy Ideas That Could Change the World

Workshop: “What problem will you solve?” – brainstorming and sketching their idea
Game: “Idea Fair” – children trade and share ideas with one another
LIVE Inspiration: A talk with a young Albanian who has started their own business (e.g., a tech, artisan, or social startup)
Outdoor Activity: “Nature’s Inventor” – a challenge to create something useful using natural materials

Day 2 – From Idea to Product

Creative Atelier: Prototype – children create their own product using recycled materials, clay, cardboard, etc.
Company Visit: A visit to a major company for inspiration
Mentoring Session
Game: “The Most Unusual Invention” – a 1-minute presentation in front of the group
Special Experience: Each group creates a mini-documentary video about how their idea was born

Day 3 – My Brand: Name, Logo & Identity

Workshop: How is a brand created? Name, logo, and slogan
Visit: To a large, inspiring company
Mentoring Session
Art & Design: Creating their logo by hand + digital version (with staff assistance)
Game: “Sold!” – each group must convince another to “buy” their idea through an improvised ad
Practice: Group records a 30-second video ad for their idea

Day 4 – Mini Business in Action

Activity: “Peter Pan Mini Bazaar” – children set up stands to present and symbolically “sell” their products
Parents and other children are invited to participate as visitors/investors
Chill & Networking Zone: With music, where kids share their experiences with one another

Day 5 – Investor Day & Young Entrepreneurs’ Ceremony

Final Pitch: Each group presents their business to a symbolic jury (mentors, educators, and an entrepreneurial parent)
Special Guests: Successful professionals from the business world
Symbolic Awards for:

  • “Most Innovative Idea”

  • “Best Presentation”

  • “Most Useful Solution for the Community”
    Certificates: “Young Entrepreneur 2025 – Peter Pan Summer Camp”
    Weekend Celebration: Karaoke, games, awards ceremony, and the official announcement of the “winning business”

Special Weekly Feature

“Inspiration Box” each morning – a daily motivational quote or success story of real kid entrepreneurs from around the world (e.g., Moziah Bridges, Mikaila Ulmer, etc.)
Digital Album: “Children’s Businesses” will be sent to parents at the end of the week
